- WORK OUT WHERE YOU ARE! Can't go to the gym? No time? NO EXCUSE! Work out in your pajamas at home, doing some yoga, or go for a 20 minute walk each day. Keep moving!
- SLIP IN SOME "ME" TIME EACH WEEK! With our busy schedules and so many obligations, it is so important to remember to do something each week that makes you happy!
- NEVER ASSUME ANYONE IS SMARTER OR BETTER THAN YOU! Even if they are wealthier or have a better degree or job, more often than not, they are NOT better!
- GET YOUR SLEEP EVERY NIGHT! A good night's Zzzs have more health benefits than we realize. Getting enough sleep reduces stress levels, aids in weight loss, and can improve overall health!
